Another awesome project our team is proud to be a part of - the Precinct Apartments located in the heart of New Plymouth's CBD.

The progress pictures above show what the site looked like prior to any works commencing onsite. Our team then excavated the site, cutting the apartment footprint out of the existing contour of the site, battered the bank and removed all excavated (excess) soil from site. Next we excavated footings using our smaller 5T excavator and once the builders had poured the concrete footings and laid concrete blocks our team delivered and placed hard fill in preparation for the floor. Once the block walls were erected we then supplied, delivered and placed over 120m3 of 20mm chip behind the block walls. Towards completion of the project we also excavated in preparation for landscaping.
